Once upon a time my friends decided to start something called a “Synchroblog,” wherein every two weeks we receive a prompt and write blog posts about it. I created this blog so that I could play along, and now I’m discovering that this whole blogging business is pretty fun.

I knew your grandmother from 1975-79 when I was a student at UNC-G. She was amazing to me, and of all the other fabulous dance professors there, she made the biggest impression on me. I found your blog because I was researching information about her time in the Graham Company. You mentioned a video of her last performance. Is it available to the public? I would love to see her dance again….she was strong and emotional and intense! Several years before her death I had the sense to write her and express my gratitude and mirror to her what an amazing dance and teacher she had been for me. She is certainly missed. Thanks for your time. Please send me a link, if one exists, for her last performance.
